How it all began...
In 2004, a group of local business leaders came together with a shared vision: to equip, encourage and connect Christian men and women in the secular marketplace through regular gatherings, inspirational speakers, networking opportunities and a chance to build relationships!

The first COMPASS meeting was held in March of 2005. By 2006 the interest was strong enough to merit steady, monthly lunch meetings. As interest grew, we outgrew our space, and in 2014 Port Huron Compass moved to The Vintage Tavern where we average 40 participants every month.

COMPASS expanded to Macomb in 2014, COMPASS Next Gen in 2016, and COMPASS Plymouth in 2017.
As COMPASS grows and expands, our mission remains the same: To encourage, equip and connect Christians in the marketplace.
Our Leadership:
COMPASS is a division of Operation Transformation, a non-profit, faith-based organization whose vision is to see churches, civic, business and government organizations cooperating for a changed community.
