Where it all began! Compass Port Huron began meeting in 2006 and has enjoyed steady growth ever since. We meet on the third Wednesday of every month (except July), and always enjoy great food, great conversation, inspirational speakers, and lots of laughs! Terry currently serves as the Pastor of Fellowship Baptist Church in East China and the Assistant Director of Operation Transformation.
Terry is also the owner and leader of PACT. PACT (People Achieving Change Today) is an LLC that creates positive change by contracting with government agencies, faith-based and community organizations to develop and manage programs, projects and initiatives that nurture trusting and purposeful relationships in a community. Check out PACT at www.changingtoday.org PACT contracted with Saginaw County Community Mental Health Authority to coordinate mentoring for Saginaw MAX System of Care and to assist with the launch of The Open Table Model in Saginaw County. PACT also consults directly for The Open Table managing multiple projects and initiatives throughout Michigan, Pennsylvania and faith-government work nationally.
Terry has served on state and national committees addressing family and community issues for citizens returning from the prison system, and has been a private consultant to government, faith-based and community organizations. He has also been employed as an adjunct professor by Moody Theological Seminary.
