Featuring Roy J. Roy, Jr.
Walking with Jesus at Work
Roy J. Roy Jr. just recently retired from Ford Motor Company after faithfully serving for 31 years. Roy was a Master Design Clay Modeler where he led many interior and exterior clay models through the design process for programs such as the new Lincoln MKC, Lincoln Continental, and several strategic Electric and Autonomous ideation models. Roy’s outstanding career also included playing a key role in moving Ford from the traditional clay modeling method to a more digital computer-driven modeling process. While at Ford, Roy overcame many challenges as the pioneer of Ford’s Christian employee resource group called Ford Employees for Christ (FEFC).
Roy accepted the Lord in 1990 and is now an Associate Minister and Outreach Director at Christian Life Church. Roy is also a Sidewalk Missionary with Love Life America offering help and hope to hurting men and women. Roy is married with two children and lives in Macomb Township.
Roy considers living his life for Jesus and spreading the Love of God while sculpting cars at Ford to have been an honor. Come join us to hear stories of the obstacles and victories Roy faced in his career…you will be encouraged to “walk the walk” and let your light shine as an Ambassador of Christ in the workplace!
